have knowledge of the role of public health nurses in the municipality's health service and public health work and acknowledge respect for and understanding of the cultural diversity the population represents
have knowledge of different methods and approaches in the baby well services and school health services

have advanced knowledge of how to ensure user involvement at individual and system level

identify, analyze, assess and solve professional issues related to children and young people's health and development under the auspices of health and school health services
assess the appropriate use of health education principles and culture sensitive forms of communication tailored to the needs of the individual - individually and in groups
