has advanced knowledge of different health conditions and their treatment forms

Læringsutbytte - Ferdigheter:

can master the secure use and control of medical technological equipment

has the skills to conduct delegated medical tasks i cooperation with other health care professionals

can observe, monitor and evaluate the critically ill and report to other health care professionals in the treatment team

Læringsutbytte - Kompetanse:

perform individually adjusted nursing based upon knowledge from different areas in health care

has in-depth understanding of their own role and responsibilities as part of the professional treatment team

Pedagogiske metoder:

Lectures and working with questions individually and in groups of students. Simulation will also be used as a teaching method in this course.

Obligatoriske arbeidskrav:

 Theoretical and practical test in basic and advanced cardiopulmonary resuscitation must be carried out and approved.
