Astroparticle physics

The course "Theoretical Astrophysics" is aimed at students with a solid background in quantum mechanics and statistical physics. It covers three main topics: i) stellar astrophysics, ii) non-equlibrium processes in the universe, and iii) high-energy astrophysics.

Principal aims of the course are to gain some understanding of astrophysical phenomena and to develop methods useful also in other fields of theoretical physics.
