Employment Inclusion

The course gives an insight about perspectives and debates about inclusion of persons with impaired disability and/or impaired employability on the labor market. Themes in this course includes the meaning of labor, the work line and the politics on the field, comparisons between countries, discrimination, development trends, user experiments with the treatment system, evaluations of measures, employers' attitudes and more.

One important goal is to tribute to an updated knowledge and critical reflection about marginalization on the labor market and the work done to create an employment with room for more.
