- have knowledge of the development of fundamental skills relating to this subject.

- can adapt their practice to the pupils' expectations, interests and needs.

Candidates who have passed this course

- can understand how they and others acquire foreign languages.

- can reflect on the link between language and identity.

- can adjust their behaviour and communication to different cultures.

Lectures, seminars and placement period in a French school. All lectures and seminars are compulsory.

Distribution of teaching hours:

2 full hours x 12 weeks of lectures
