English Linguistics Specialisation Course

The course is aimed at independent work and specialisation in a field within English linguistics/Second language acquisition of the student's choice. Readings are selected and approved in consultation with a member of staff.

Work on the course will equip the student with the
necessary background and specialisation to initiate and successfully
complete the MPhil thesis.

Individual and/or group-conferencing. Assessment: a term paper of approximately 2500 words describing the student's M. Phil.
thesis project.
