Current topic in Drama/Theatre

The course provides an introduction to an issue of drama/theatre not covered by the current study plan. Possible themes may be directing and leadership, drama/theatre and psychology, cultural politics, the theatre of Southeastern Asia, or scenography.

The students should have gained knowledge of the topic of instruction.

Lectures and seminars. Students will be offered individual tutoring and seminars during work on the project assignment.

Course requirements:
A written version of the seminar presentation (1500-2000 words) must be approved before the student may receive the final course assessment.

More on the form of assessment:
The final assessment is based on a project assignment consisting of 3000-5000 words. The theme of the assignment must be relevant to the course curriculum and be approved by the course teacher. The form of assessment is a letter grade.

The students are required to be aware of the results of written assignments posted on the department bulletin boards and/or at It's learning.

Students are required to keep posted on current messages from the department or the teacher at It's learning, Innsida, course pages on the web, or bulletin boards.
