Læringsutbytte - Kunnskap:

On completion of the course students will

have basic knowledge of communication theories and communication methods

have basic knowledge of how the public health system in Norway is organised

have basic knowledge of the communication challenges amongst and between different health professions

have basic knowledge of the communication challenges between different age groups and cultures

Have basic knowledge of confidentiality rules for biomedical laboratory scientists.

Have basic knowledge of the digital communication systems used amongst health professions

Have basic knowledge about Biobanks     

Læringsutbytte - Ferdigheter:

On completion of the course students will

have trained on using basic communication skills and strategies in different situations

have skills in active listening, team work, and dispute resolution

be able to use scientific research-theories and -approach
