In general: - increased possibility for success in digital transformation projects, both in private and public sector - know the difference between "agile" and "lean" approach to process improvement

The teaching will be done both individually and in groups. There will be lectures, discussions, presentations and group work. Attendance is mandatory.

Before the gatherings, the students are expected to do preparations. After the gatherings the students must deliver written assignments.

The course starts off with a learning video to give the participants an overview of the course. Then there will be two 2-day gatherings in the Trondheim-area. During the course, the students are to do two knowledge test. They are mandatory, but has nothing to do with the final grade.

After the first gathering, the students are working in groups. They will deliver a report that counts 40 % of the final grade.

After the second gathering, the students are working individually with an assignment that will be handed in through Inspera. This assignment counts 60 % of the final grade.
