Sustainable Business Development Project

Overview:

In this course, students will apply the knowledge and skills acquired during their master studies to a sustainable business development project on which they will work in groups. You will learn to apply systems thinking tools to analyze grand challenges and to create a business solution to grand challenges. As a core course in the Master of Management of Innovation and Sustainable Business Development, the course helps you strengthen the skills needed to evaluate sustainability challenges, create sustainable business development strategies, and justify these to diverse audiences.

After completing the course, students will be able to

1. Analyze grand challenges through a systems thinking approach
2. Develop sustainable business models utilizing theories, frameworks and tools learned during the studies

4. Communicate to a diverse audience of professionals

The course will include seminars, project work, presentations and supervision. The project work is carried out in groups.
