Knowledge about different kinds of organisations and how value is created in organisations
Know the key ethical concepts and theories
 
Learning outcome - Skills:
Be able to explain the purpose of an organisation and reflect on how the organisation creates value.
Be able to make ethical judgments on ethical dilemmas in business.
Have basic knowledge of and be able to reflect on ethical and moral issues in the field of business and administration.
 

Læringsutbytte - Competence:
Understand how entrepreneurship effects value creation in society.
Be able to reflect on own ethical responsibility and challenges related to issues in business.
Raise awareness of own and organizations' moral responsibility.
Be able to contribute to societal discussions related to issues in ethics and entrepreneurship.

Teaching methods

Teaching methods:
Lectures, group exercise in BizCafe and group guidance of project assignment.

Mandatory assignment:
Mandatory participation in simulations. Approved assignments will give access to later ordinary and resit exams.
