Processing Field Study Data

Knowledge:The students will acquire knowledge about the various analytical frameworks that are relevant to Urban Ecological Planning and use these frameworks to analyse and structure their field work results. Some exapmples of analytical frameworks that have been used in earlier theses are - Livelhoods framework, capacity vulnerability framework, SWOT analysis and Logical Framework Approach (LFA).
Skills: The students will develop the ability to structure, analyse and present empirical information in logical form in order to make convincing arguments and well referenced and reasoned findings from research.
